Refunds: We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 6 weeks before any event due to booking and paying for events so far in advance.
Age restrictions: Our outings are for school-age (6 – 18 yo) and the age levels for each outing will be indicated in the description of each outing. Some will be more restrictive than others as the needs of younger kids are different from older kids’ needs.
Adults in attendance: Our outings are intended to be for the home ed community and not family outings; therefore, we will be limiting the number of adults/parents attending from each family to one. This adult/parent is required to stay with the group for the entire outing. This has to do with liability, safety, and medical emergencies.

Children’s (and Adult’s) behaviour: We represent the entire home ed community when we are out in the community and may even be the first home schoolers this venue has dealt with; therefore, good manners are expected. Parents you are in charge and responsible for your children at all times. If your child behaves in an unruly manner, is disruptive, or otherwise inhibiting the enjoyment of the outing by others, you will be asked to remove them until they are calm, listening, and behaving properly. Adults displaying unbecoming behaviour will also be asked to leave and take your children with you.
Children with Special Needs: Please let us know at the time of booking of your child’s needs so we can communicate with the venue for accommodation.Last updated on
