This is your chance to unplug from your busy lives and slow down to engage in self-care together . Each week\, you will stretch\, breathe and move together through simple yoga poses. These exercises will help your child improve their self-confid ence\, focus\, strength and flexibility\, as well as nurture their mind-bo dy awareness.
