The yoga session will finish with a guided relaxation to rest and recharge the soul.\n\nBring your homeschooling friends or make some ne w ones in a healthy and inclusive environment where all are welcome.\n\nSe ssion is specifically designed for children ages 6 - 12 with the support o f a parent/carer. Younger siblings are welcome in the room with supervisio n.\n\nNo prior yoga experience is required.\n\nWhat to bring/wear:\n- Drin k bottle of water and light snacks for after the session\n- Wear comfortab le clothing that you can move around in\n- Warm clothes to put on for the relaxation (10 minutes) - Jumper/Hoodie and Socks\n- Tie up long hair wher e possible\n- Yoga mats are provided\, however\, you're welcome to bring y our own mat.\n\nWHERE: Keon Park Children's Hub\, 1 Dole Ave\, Reservoir V IC 3073\n\nCOST: $25 for 1 child &\; 1 adult\, $35 for 2 children &\ ; 1 adult\, $45 for 3 children &\; 1 adult.
