What can a portrait tell us about a person\, time or place? In this online excursion\, join an NGV educator to explore these questions and more as children view and respond to portraits from different time pe riods and cultural contexts. Kids will consider how portraits capture feel ings\, emotions and ideas\, and why so many artists are inspired to make p ortraits.\n\nTwo one-hour sessions will run\, to tailor the event to diffe rent levels.
