This is a sensory nature play session for children from 10-15 years old. A range of activities will be on offer each session that may include; nature play, gymnastics, nature craft, gardening, games, woodwork, music, science, construction and other loose bits play. Younger siblings are welcome to attend with parent supervision.
The session begins with a brief circle time where participants will introduce themselves and some activity ideas will be offered. The children will decide which activities they would like to do through a quick democratic meeting. All participants are welcome to suggest their own ideas and are then free to move between activities or create their own play.
There will be time during the session for a lunch break.
The session concludes with a group reflection and feedback session.
Parents are welcome to stay and enjoy the view.

Naturally Learning provides the environmental framework for meaningful play a natural environment. Children aged 10-15 are supervised by an experienced educator. Children under 9 are under parent supervision. All participants are encouraged to make decisions, solve problems and engage in play and other nature based activities outdoors.
Play is children’s work.
