A free, private home ed only session as Rampfest is closed to the public.
Kids can participate in one or more of the activities. Each session will include a quick intro to the skate park, basic safety rules / guidelines, and then some basic park skills to get the group rolling.
Participants must wear closed toe shoes.
Skateboarding: 1:00pm – equipment hire included, but BYO if you have it
Scooters: 2:00pm – equipment hire included, but BYO if you have it
BMX: 3:00pm – BYO bike
No minimum age – it’s totally dependent on the skill level of the participant. The youngest person to use the skatepark was about 3. If you are bringing under 5s, please notify Rampfest beforehand. Parents will need to stay with younger kids and support them in the lesson if required.
Yes, we have hire equipment for skate & scooters + helmets. We do not have hire bikes for bmx, so anyone wanting to do this class would have to bring their own. We always recommend that if you’ve got your own equipment, you bring that (especially helmets -they can be any type) – but we are happy to lend out all our gear for free as part of the session.
