DESCRIPTION:Monday 24th March at 11.30am to 3pm\n\n$50pp total for this act
 ivity\n\nJoin us for a snorkel lesson with OutThere Outdoors followed by a
  rockpool ramble with Kade Mills (Marine Biologist with the Victorian Nati
 onal Parks Association). Situated in the Bunurong Marine National Park\, S
 hack Bay is a wonderful way to experience our marine sanctuaries. Instruct
 ors will show you how to use the gear\, go through snorkeling safely\, and
  then take you out to have a look at the underwater environment. Snorkelin
 g introduces you to another world. Almost everyone is surprised when they 
 discover what's under the surface along the Victorian coast. Stingrays\, B
 lue Throat Wrasse\, Spiky Globe Fish\, and Horseshoe Leatherjackets are ju
 st some of the species you can encounter. With a bit of luck\, you may eve
 n find a Weedy Sea Dragon - shy\, but worth looking patiently for.\n\nAfte
 r the snorkel join Kade Mills (Marine Biologist with the Victorian Nationa
 l Parks Association) as he takes us across the rock pools in search of oct
 opus\, brittle sea stars\, and brilliantly coloured sea slugs on our reef'
 s intertidal zones.\n\nOutthere provides everything you'll need for a safe
  and fun session including snorkel\, mask\, flippers\, and full- length 3/
 2mm wetsuits. Parents and siblings accompanying participants can watch fro
