Bringing to life the importance of First Aid and what to do in an emergency (including call ing 000 and performing CPR)\, the interactive games\, Storytime and Action Plan scenarios make the program more enjoyable than ever before. The lear ning is age-appropriate\, with kids divided into three age groups\, &\; taught a selected learning module.\n\nKids are encouraged to wear clothin g suitable for floor work (e.g. pants or shorts)\, &\; should bring a p en / pencil &\; paper.\n\nThese sessions are provided for free by St Jo hn. A $5 booking fee per child per session covers venue hire\, with any su rplus funds donated to St John Ambulance. If a venue is hired for free\, a ll attending families will be reimbursed in full.\n\nThis event is aimed a t primary-aged children\, however junior secondary-aged kids who have rudi mentary first aid skills and knowledge are welcome to join as well.\n\nPle ase note: only children participating in a session may be in the room duri ng each session. Non-participating siblings (either booked in a different session\, or not participating at all) cannot be in the room\, &\; must be supervised by an adult they know &\; trust. Families can either bri ng two adults\, or can team up with a friend coming to supervise all kids.
