These creative writing sessions will be run by an experienced, primary teacher who has a passion for inquiry based teaching and learning.
Suited to students aged 9-13.
In the first session, we will take a walk to the wishing well where a writing provocation will be waiting. We will discuss and share descriptive vocabulary to help create sizzling starts and short texts to help engage the reader.
The second session will be similar however, we will locate ourselves near the second lake, where we will help bring some magic to the surrounding scenery.
The sessions may end up travelling down a different path of course, depending on where the kids would like to take it.
If these sessions are a hit, I will open up more regular writing sessions.
