What to bring: breathable sports appropriate clothing & runners. Enough fluid to hydrate for a 1 hour sports session.
Activity: a 1 hour sports session where participants will play small games and learn the skills that are associated with said game.
Times: 4 available sessions spread between 9:30am and 3:00pm.
Group Sizes: Limited to 20 spots per session.
