- This is an event for secondary age kids (min age 10+ for younger siblings or participants wishing to join)
- The event will be held on Tuesday 11 Feb from 11:30am -1:30pm in Mulgrave (There is an outdoor area for those who wish to stay longer).
- Kids will be allocated to teams
- Everyone can nominate a friend to be in the same team but there will also be a mix so kids can form connections
- Submit a multiple choice question with your EOI if you wish. This means everyone has a chance to answer a question they know (this also gives the organiser an idea of interests for other questions to be included). I’ll try to include all questions if suitable and not duplicated.
- There will be a $8 per person entry fee to go towards room and projector hire. Extra funds will go towards extended room hire for hanging out after the event (fee to be confirmed based on final numbers)
- This is a parent run event so we ask that families help with setting up and packing up tables and chairs please!
- Parents need to stay please, this is not a drop off event.
- Please submit a form for each participant.
- This is a casual event, non competitive just for fun. All welcome. Main rule is to be kind and respectful to others.
- If you need a break at any time, there are quiet areas in the centre (indoors and outdoors for people to have some space).
- Bring board games for afterwards if we have money for extra hall hire time!
