Picture this: you’ve been recruited as a cyber analyst, tasked with keeping out the tricky Shadow Syndicate. The only way to secure success? By decoding messages, tackling VR challenges, flying drones, and solving escape-room-style puzzles! This hands-on, engaging program will turn our students into skilled cyberheroes equipped to take on digital challenges in the real world.
Date: Wednesday 12 June
Time: 9.15am – 12.30pm
Cost: free, but please only book if you are certain you can commit to attending the program.
Age range: Year 7 to 10
To avoid disappointment, please do not book in younger children or they will not be allowed to participate in the program. Alternative arrangements for younger siblings who are not participating in the program should be made.
Location: Bendigo Tech School, Level 3, Engineering and Technology Building (La Trobe University Bendigo) Sharon Street Flora Hill, VIC 3550
This program is open to Home Education Network students who reside in regional Victoria.
Parents/guardians can attend if they present a valid Working with Children Check to Bendigo Tech School staff, however, they will be asked to not actively participate in the sessions.
Please arrive at 9.15 am for a 9.30 am start. Your child should bring food for morning tea, a water bottle, and any medication they require.
