A 2 hour class for parent and child to learn to sew together (parent and child count as 2 participants).
Share the class with another family/(ies) or put a group together and divide the cost of the class – maximum of 6 participants.
This class can be delivered as our beginner First Stitches program or a Project class, dependent on skill level and can be run weekly or fortnightly, within the Victorian school term.
In First Stitches, participants learn:
* safe use of a sewing machine
* fabric, pattern, pinning, measuring, cutting & a suite of basic sewing concepts
* curated sewing projects, commencing with a pillow case & tote bag
Bring your own sewing machine or hire a studio sewing machine.
