Snr 10+ – Spike Prime – Build and code challenges
LEGO has been producing buildable robotics and coding products for almost over 25 years, and the Spike Prime system is no exception. In this workshop we’ll explore a variety of builds, use different sensors and Scratch-style block coding to effect change on how their creations operate. From debugging a printer they’ll build to using the inbuilt tilt sensor to control a robotic bird, participants will be able to explore engineering concepts, efficient block-coding and manipulating raw sensor data. Throughout this play-based robotics session, even experienced builders and coders will be sure to enjoy the challenges and find new and different ways to approach and solve problems.
